Annual General Meeting:
Once a year all members are invited to attend this event and hear about the condition of the Society with regards to membership numbers and financial condition, as well as to elect the Directors for the next 12 months. Minutes are distributed to all members following the meeting. Information for our May 27th, 2026 AGM is below.
Other Social Events
Members typically bring a baked good to the last session before Christmas to celebrate the holiday season. Below members who attended on December 22nd, 2025.
