These sessions are conducted by multidisciplinary health and fitness professionals (ACSM Exercise Specialists, Kinesiologists, or provincially certified fitness leaders.) from C.O.A.C.H. at a very reasonable rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have managed to cover the program costs from our membership fees.&nbsp; While the membership fees have held steady unfortunately the program costs do rise each year, and membership has not fully recovered since the COVID period when our in-person program was shut down.&nbsp; Both KCES and C.O.A.C.H. are not-for-profit societies that are independently financed.&nbsp; KCES does not receive funding from other sources.
